This site does not deploy tracking, advertising or social-media cookies. The NIS2 entity scope checker runs entirely client-side — no input data is sent to our servers and no persistent cookies are written by the application.

Cloudflare Pages, the static host, may set strictly-necessary cookies for load balancing and bot mitigation. Those are exempt from the consent requirement of Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) and Recital 66 of the GDPR.

If we add analytics, advertising or affiliate tracking in the future, this page will be updated and a consent banner will be shown before any non-essential cookie is set.
